What is Surface Lock?

Surface Lock Is a sacrificial polyester laminate and protective barrier. A clear distortion free invisible and undetectable surface beautifier, and is the practical remedy to the age old challenges of etching, staining and scratching of natural stone surfaces, as well as, a protectant for additional surface types such stainless steel and certain types of finished wood. Surface Lock is NOT specified for flooring.

Surface Lock is constructed with a hard and durable top coat finish which provides all natural stone surface tops and shower walls, etc., with a newly restored non- artificial appearance. Surface Lock achieves a superior finished appearance when compared to current buffing or polishing techniques. The top coat is completely acid resistant, actual Muriatic Acid has a non-effect to the hard coat. Age old challenges of damaging acidics and alkalines found naturally in lemons, limes, etc., as well as, staining from all liquids, wines or food preparations are of absolutely no consequence to your Surface Lock protected surface area. The best of all, your surfaces will always appear as if they were just restored. The Surface Lock finish will not diminish over time.

Surface Lock is incredibly heat resistant. In your kitchen’s environment, hot oil splatters, spills or even scorching hot cookware have no effect on this material regardless of the exotic nature of the stone. Bathroom vanities, etc., are also ideal for a Surface Lock application. Hair irons, cosmetics, nail polishes and chemicals simply have no effect on Surface Lock.
