SPECIFICATIONS FOR SURFACE LOCK

When Specified all Surface lock installations are pre-approved by SURFACE LOCK LLC  or SURFACE LOCK LLC Authorized Dealers only for product application on Vertical and Horizontal flat and smooth surfaces only, including; Counter tops, counter waterfalls, vanities, bars, tables, back splashes,  stone top furnishings, stone walls and shower walls. All Pitted-Porous or Semi Pitted-Porous Stone surface product application requests must receive an Authorized Surface Lock Representative’s visual  inspection prior to installation for product application approval. SURFACE LOCK PRODUCT APPLICATIONS ARE NOT APPROVED FOR ANY FLOORING OR SEATING SURFACES AREAS.

SURFACE LOCK PRODUCT COMPOSITION:

Optically free of visual impairments/flaws, colorless/clear 4mil polymer structured coating with scratch resistant  high hydrophobicity & extended weatherable finished top coat with low adhesion surface release system to be liquid impervious & out gassing permeable.

SURFACE LOCK INSTALLATION ENVIRONMENT :

Surface Lock’s client provided jobsite for actual product installation environment to be pre-prepared by client as dust free and free of airborne debris as possible. All Product to be installed in accordance with Surface Lock LLC approved surface preparation methods. All  surface cleaning, preparation, and installation procedures  to be executed by the Surface Lock Authorized Dealer as neatly and as clean as possible. Due to the varying nature of surface textures and natural existing flaws within each independent stone surface, flawless installations are un-achievable in most cases.

SURFACE LOCK END USER CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:

Use of microfiber cloths, paper towels, squeegees, soft non course scrub pads and any grit free and non abrasive cleaning solutions only are approved.

SURFACE LOCK WARRANTY OVERVIEW:

Surface Lock to be warranted by SURFACE LOCK LLC by a 1 (one) year, 100% labor and material warranty against any change in color, optics, curling, or bubbling.  Surface Lock is NOT warranted by Surface Lock LLC or its Authorized Dealers against any intentional or unintentional product abuse or physical damage.

The Surface Lock actual life expectancy can be of a duration far greater than the Surface Lock warranty and is dependent upon actual use.
